## Heddle

Publisher and organizational author of EOR Migration

Heddle publishes EOR Migration to help employers examine changes between EOR, entity, PEO and contractor arrangements. The site brings together source-based guidance, supplied provider scores and planning tools.

<a id="authorship"></a>

## Authorship and review

Heddle is the organizational author. We do not attribute these pages to an individual specialist or imply a qualification that has not been identified.

This site uses tool-assisted drafting and development. The published evidence review was checked against the linked source publications, including their methods, samples, sponsorship and limitations. Country guidance links to primary sources; provider commitments are attributed to the provider.

Source checking is not independent verification of a provider's delivery or legal-adviser approval. An individual author or reviewer will be named only when that person has actually contributed or completed the stated review.

## Official and published research sources

Government guidance and source studies are linked so readers can examine their scope. We distinguish what a source says from our interpretation. A rule or research result from one country, service or population does not automatically apply to another.

<a id="provider-claims"></a>

## Provider-published commitments

A provider's description of pricing, country coverage or support establishes its published claim, not a verified outcome or a term in your contract. We identify what needs confirming in the actual quote and agreement.

<a id="provider-scores"></a>

## Supplied provider scores

The Top 20 scorecard is a separate dataset. Its release, verification status, sorting rules and missing values are explained in the methodology. Global scores are not country-specific migration ratings, and the published research review does not establish a best provider.

## Estimates and illustrations

Calculator outputs depend on the inputs, assumptions, dates and coverage shown. Illustrative FX charges are not measured provider fees. Unknown costs remain unknown; refundable cash and employment expenses are kept distinct.

<a id="original-research"></a>

## Original migration research

The current report is a targeted evidence review with a collection framework. Original migration benchmarks have not yet been released. Future findings need documented permissions, traceable evidence, stated sample counts and limitations; a participant account and a verified record are different kinds of evidence.

<a id="publication-dates"></a>

## What the dates mean

- Publication date: When the page or report was first issued. A study's publication year describes that study, not when we inspected it.
- Source checked date: When the linked source was inspected. It does not certify that every claim remains current or that a specialist reviewed its application to your circumstances.
- Updated date: When the material itself changed. A new date alone is not evidence of a new review.
- Data and rate dates: The observation period, score release or exchange-rate date used in a calculation can differ from the page date. We retain those distinctions wherever they affect the result.

<a id="corrections"></a>

## Request a correction

Send the page URL, the statement in question, your proposed correction and a supporting public source where available. Please do not email identifiable employee records or confidential employment documents.

We assess correction requests against the relevant evidence. Material corrections should identify what changed and when; unresolved evidence conflicts should stay visible rather than being converted into a confident claim.

## Citation and reuse

To cite an original EOR Migration page, include its title, Heddle as organizational author, the publication or update date shown, the URL and your access date. For scores or data, also identify the release or version and the relevant limitations.

Source publications, provider material and third-party marks retain their own reuse conditions. Our summaries do not grant rights to reproduce those materials. Link to the original source when relying on its findings.

For permission to republish substantial original text, tables or other material, contact Heddle. Preserve scope, dates, qualifications and attribution when quoting; do not present an illustration, template or research plan as an observed result.
