MAKE THE EVIDENCE VISIBLE

Scoring methodology and evidence standards

How global provider scores, source evidence and case-specific migration suitability are kept separate.

The supplied Top 20 scores

We use six categories: cost, support, contract terms, payroll, local delivery, and cost transparency & FX. Scores are out of five. The overall total is supplied by the scoring source; we do not recalculate it or invent a new weighting.

Providers are ordered by overall total, then cost transparency & FX, then name. Filtering a country does not create a country-specific score. Missing data is never scored as zero.

Country availability is a separate claim

Country records link to provider-published evidence and retain their own checked dates. Coverage lists are partial. A missing record means the evidence is not available here; it does not prove a provider cannot operate there.

A country listing does not establish role eligibility, a lawful transfer mechanism, direct local delivery or a service commitment at your size.

Migration suitability needs your facts

We require case-specific confirmation of the supported route, legal employing entity, complete fee schedule, volume discounts and named human support. The assessment produces research candidates and questions, not a legal verdict or a guarantee.

There is no combined migration score or percentage match. Global scores remain global scores, and unanswered questions stay visible.

Source and commercial transparency

Country guides use linked primary sources with their own source-check dates. Their application depends on the real arrangement and should be assessed by qualified local specialists. No legal-adviser approval is implied.

Where research records disagree, we flag the conflict and seek current contractual evidence. Provider claims and publisher confirmations are not treated as universal contractual terms. The funding model is undecided; applicable commercial relationships must be disclosed before an introduction or engagement.

Calculator assumptions

Calculations use your inputs, a constant monthly cost over the selected period and explicit one-off costs. Confirmed discounts apply only to service fees. Refundable cash and additional prefunding are separate from expense. The salary planner uses per-person local-currency employer-cost estimates and dated ECB reference conversions, with a clearly labelled 0–6% illustrative FX markup. Actual quote comparisons use the dated reporting assumptions you enter. Neither is a provider transaction-rate quote.

Known subtotals are shown when fields are incomplete. A full expense difference is withheld until all material expense inputs are known. The initial funding estimate assumes the displayed commitments are due upfront and does not model peak cash flow or refund timing.

Original migration research

The first research report reviews selected published studies and defines a collection framework for quotes, invoices, support and 90-day outcomes. Original migration benchmarks have not yet been released. Evidence verification, research-use permission and publication permission are recorded separately; outcomes will be segmented by country, route and comparable service scope.

Published source studies have different populations and methods. They are not pooled into an EOR migration ROI or used to change the supplied provider scores.
