Assessment and calculator inputs
Your plan is held in browser memory for the current session. We do not save it in a CRM or browser storage, or use it for analytics. Closing or reloading the page clears it. Download your plan if you want to keep it.
When you choose to calculate employment costs, the country, gross base salary per person and annual or monthly pay period are sent through this site’s server to the employment-cost calculator service. Headcount, provider names, migration choices and contact details are not sent with that request. The calculation service and hosting infrastructure may retain request or technical logs. Use average or representative salaries, not identifiable employee records.
The site also retrieves dated reference exchange rates from the European Central Bank. That request contains no workforce inputs.
Use aggregate workforce information. Do not enter employee names, identity documents, health information or individual personnel records.
Downloads, copying and email
Roadmap downloads are generated in your browser. Copies are placed on your clipboard only when you choose the copy action. Keep these files and clipboard contents appropriately protected.
The optional email link opens your mail application with a summary. You decide whether to send it and whether to attach a roadmap. Your email provider processes sent messages under its own terms; information you send to Heddle can be used to respond to that enquiry.
Research templates
The research workbook and CSV pack are blank files you can download. Completing them does not send records to this site. Store completed files and source documents in your own controlled workspace, and avoid including employee names or unnecessary personal information.
The published evidence review uses public sources. Any future collection of participant records will need a separate process explaining permitted uses, access, retention and publication choices before records are collected.
Hosting and external links
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and our calculation service may process technical connection information and request logs under their own policies. We have added no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts are served locally.
Provider and official-source links open external websites whose privacy policies apply there.
